  :::The Advanced Training Program for Vocational Trainers
  ■Expected Achievements
  The first goal is to raise competencies of vocational trainers and enrich pedagogy.
  The second goal is to provide solutins to what businesses in fact need.
  ■Qualifications
  The vocational trainers who give courses in institutions of vocational training now.
  The staff gives vocational training courses in corporations now.
  ■Numbers & Period Training Courses Given
  Training courses given consist of between 1 and 9 weeks.Classes will be established according to years.

  ■Training Cost
  The government will share the total training cost and additionally, those institutions and corporations will subsidize participants receiving the advanced training program with traveling expenses.
  ■An Introduction to the Advanced Training Program Given in 2006
 

The trainees can hear some lectures in classroom and practice what they have obtained.
  1.To educate those vocational trainers with how competencies analysis are performed and how to plan a group of curricula.
  2.To raise their capabilities of quality maintenance in vocational training course given.
